Ash Borers Are On Their Way To Region
In as little as a few weeks, the Lower Hudson Valley could welcome its newest invasive pest: the Emerald Ash Borer, a tiny beetle from China that experts say has killed more than 70 million ash trees across the country. The bug was spotted this summer on the campus the of U.S. Military Academy at West Point and is working its way south, experts say.
