Arlington Heights. residents may soon request $50 from the village to help combat emerald ash borer. The village board gave unanimous preliminary approval to a cost-sharing program Monday night, Apr. 9 that would allow residents to apply for 50% up to $50 for treating ash trees on public parkways.
