Additional Update from Arborjet Regarding: COVID-19

Valued Customer,

The state of Massachusetts has announced a shutdown of all nonessential businesses. Arborjet remains open because of our ties to agriculture and our engineering group’s support of the medical industry. We have plenty of stock and are shipping 2-3 days a week. On Saturday, we began working with medical professionals to see if we may be able to provide much needed supplies to hospitals, and we are utilizing our engineers to convert our 3D printers for this purpose. We hope to have a mask and shield design finished this week. Additionally, our R&D team is onsite keeping our test plants alive, and documenting our research trials. Our shipping and logistics crew, although cut back, is able to ship as needed. All other personnel, including our sales organization, regulatory and marketing, have been assigned to work from home and to limit travel, however our phone lines are open and we are able to field calls as necessary.

As we prepared for a worsening of this pandemic, we began building a webinar program nearly three weeks ago. We saw the potential for large groups of our customers to be stranded at home and missing CEU credits. We are still attempting to gain credits for some of the programs, and we’ll continue to update the schedule accordingly. I am very impressed with the breadth of our presentations that come from internal and external personnel located all over the country. I hope you find these programs helpful, and please feel free to make other suggestions. We have a deep and diverse team of professionals and we are able to address many of the needs in our landscape, turf, horticulture and agriculture markets.

I hope you and your families are well, and that ultimately your business is able to rise above this crisis; and I look forward to a brisk recovery when it’s over. In the interim, we are here for any additional support we can provide.

Sincerely,

Russ Davis – President and CEO
