Kristin Nikodemski - Director of Marketing Communications

Kristin has been a part of the Arborjet team since 2014. She joined the company as a Product Marketing Manager, bringing with her 4 years of green industry brand support and development.  At Arborjet, Kristin’s focus began by building and expanding the company’s non-injectable product market. In Spring of 2016, Kristin was promoted to Marketing Manager, continuing her focus on the Horticulture Line, while collaborating with other product managers to oversee the Marketing Department.

Kristin’s passion for the industry began as a child, when she would help her father design and tend to their own landscape. As she got older, she got her first job working at a garden center and found herself constantly bringing home a variety of plants to cultivate in her own garden. Later, Kristin attended Salve Regina University, where she received her BA in Studio Art. In this role, Kristin oversees and manages all messaging, branding, advertising, strategy, and development of new and existing products. She supports the needs of the national sales team and manages Arborjet’s horticulture website TheDirtOnDirt.com Kristin is also a content contributor as well as a member of The Dirt on Dirt community.

When she has free time, Kristin spends her summer in her garden. She also likes cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Joshua Bruckner - Content Creation Specialist

Josh worked at the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources for over five years, helping with outreach concerning invasive forest pests. As the Content Creation Specialist, Josh utilizes his experience in the invasive pest and ecology field to craft Arborjet’s outreach emails, marketing collateral, company literature, and webinars. He also manages the company’s social media presence and content.

Josh has always had an interest in nature and ecology. In college, he honed his interest in biology into conserving natural resources and studying invasive species. He has a Master of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Environmental and Conservation Biology, both from Clark University.

Josh has a lifelong interest in art and comics, and spends his spare time illustrating character designs, and comics. A native of New Jersey, Josh has written graphic novels inspired by New England in the fall, and enjoys skiing and winter sports. He is also a proud Eagle Scout!

Nicholas Millen – Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Prior to joining Arborjet, Nick worked in the Investigations and Enforcement Division of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. As an Investigator, Nick assisted with constructing the adult-use industry in Massachusetts and monitored over fifty Commission licensed establishments for compliance across the Commonwealth. While at the Commission, he was part of a WBUR story in the fall of 2019 highlighting the one-year anniversary of the Massachusetts adult-use Cannabis industry commencement. Nick will use his regulatory and green industry experience to ensure Arborjet’s compliance across State and Federal agencies.

Nick grew up on a family-run fruit and vegetable farm on the North Shore of Massachusetts and continues to maintain parcels from the original farm to this day. Nick holds a B.S. in Plant Biology from the University of New Hampshire and has held positions in the greenhouse, turf, and pest control industries.

In his free time, Nick enjoys landscaping, gardening, astronomy, motorcycles and spending time with his family. An avid music collector, Nick can often be found enjoying a CD or vinyl from his expansive collection.
