Meet Your Horticulture Expert

Hayden Davis

Horticulture Sales Representative

Hayden is one of our newest additions to the Arborjet team, starting a new position as Horticulture Sales Representative. Hayden’s primary focus will be applications for nursery, greenhouse, retail, and other specialty application areas.

Hayden’s passion for the plant health care industry started in middle school, while attending an AgDiscovery camp. AgDiscovery is a summer outreach program designed to help teenagers explore careers in plant and animal science, wildlife management, agribusiness, and much more! After attending two different AgDiscovery camps, Hayden knew she wanted to pursue a career in plant health care. While earning her degree, Hayden worked at Appalachian State’s Sustainable Development farm, where she became even more passionate for the field while working alongside her peers. In addition to her work at App State, Hayden has extensive propagation and sales experience from local nurseries and growers.

While completing her degree, co-started the Appalachian State University campus farmer’s market, bringing local produce and crafts to the students of App State. Hayden also received the Plant Science position as a part of the Walt Disney World Professional Internships, on her first attempt of applying.
