Treating the Largest Ash Tree in North America

Over ten years ago, Arborjet’s Regional Technical Manager, Joe Aiken along with Arborjet adopted the largest ash tree in North America. The gargantuan tree is located on a private residence, north of Travers City, Michigan. “It is 88 inches in diameter and when you see pictures you realize how big that is,” said Aiken.

“We have been treating it every other year for over a decade. Before TREE-äge®, we treated it a couple of times with IMA-jet. What’s amazing is that all the ash trees within eyesight on the surrounding properties have died and this tree is still doing great. This truly demonstrates the efficacy of trunk injection to preserve even the largest trees.”
